Sharp County's ballot includes a race for the Cave City mayoralty, where Mayor Jonas Anderson is being challenged by Jennifer Carter. Hardy Mayor Ethan Barnes is opposed by Ginni Kauffman.

In Lawrence County, Hoxie residents will decide between Mayor Tim Taylor and challenger Steve Ditto. Walnut Ridge Mayor Charles Snapp faces opposition from Stanley Mayland.
