A domestic incident at a residence in Horseshoe Bend has resulted in the arrest of a local man.
Izard County deputies took 63-year-old Randy Hobbs into custody and charged him with third-degree domestic battery.
Hobbs is currently being held at the Izard County Detention Center. Authorities say he is waiting for a bond hearing and his court date.
