A Cherokee Village woman remains in custody after her arrest earlier this week on drug-related charges, along with other alleged offenses.

Kelly Marie Jackson, 44, was booked into the Sharp County Detention Center on Monday, August 3, 2026, according to authorities. Jackson is charged with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, maintaining a drug premise, two counts of failure to appear, and two counts of failure to pay fines.

Jackson’s total bond has been set at $59,140. She is being held while awaiting her next court date, law enforcement officials confirmed.
