A Cherokee Village resident is facing several charges, including drug possession, after being arrested in Fulton County earlier this week.
Jacques Forrest Hill, 73, was taken into custody on Monday, August 3, 2026. According to Fulton County booking records, Hill has been charged with speeding (11-14 mph over the limit), possession of methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while intoxicated on drugs.
Authorities have set Hill’s bond at $2,005. He remains in custody as of the latest available information. A court hearing for the case has been scheduled for September 22 in Fulton County District Court.
