Motorists in downtown Walnut Ridge should be prepared for brief traffic delays this Saturday morning as runners participate in a 5K and 10K race.
City officials announced that traffic control will be in place from 8 to 8:45 a.m. at the East Front Street and East Main Street crossing. The measures are designed to ensure the safety of participants as they cross Main Street during the event.
The race is being held to support the Takin’ Cara Business Foundation, an organization dedicated to local community initiatives.
Drivers traveling through the area are encouraged to plan for minor delays or consider alternate routes during the designated timeframe.
