The Mountain Home Bomber swim team made history this week by competing in its first home meet at the Mountain Home Community Center. The Bombers faced off against the Harrison Goblins and came out on top with a team score of 606 to 505.

Key performances highlighted the landmark event. The 200-yard medley relay team of Callie Kohler, Avery Haney, Annabelle Horn, and Sophia McKee secured first place and met the qualifying standard for the state meet. Another 200-yard medley relay team consisting of Campbell Wendfeldt, Bryce Litty, Josh Worman, and Christian Belicek also earned a state cut.

Mountain Home swimmers achieved remarkable individual success as well. Thirteen athletes claimed first-place finishes in their respective events, and 16 swimmers marked personal bests during the meet.

The Bombers are set to compete again on November 14th, traveling to Batesville for their next meet.
