Highland School is reopening today, with classes beginning at their normal time. School officials announced the reopening after facilities received a thorough professional cleaning earlier this week.
The school had been closed since last Friday due to the discovery of mold at the elementary school. Out of an abundance of caution, all school facilities underwent a complete cleaning to address the issue.
Officials confirmed on Wednesday that the cleaning was successfully completed and gave approval for students to return to campus today.
