A financial services startup based in Fayetteville has been named one of the nation’s best startup workplaces by *Newsweek*.
Momentous Financial Partners earned a five-star rating in *Newsweek*’s rankings, which evaluated more than 26,000 startups nationwide. The publication highlighted 250 companies based on criteria such as employee satisfaction, operational growth, customer engagement, and financial performance.
Momentous Financial Partners, which specializes in life insurance and retirement services, was one of two Arkansas-based companies to make the list. The other was Fidus Global, a Greene County company.
Founded in 2021, Momentous now operates with more than 200 agents across 30 states. The company has maintained a 4.8-out-of-5 rating on Glassdoor, a reflection of its employee satisfaction.
Founder and CEO Christopher Clark credited the company’s success to its emphasis on providing support for agents while setting clear expectations to help them grow their independent businesses.
The *Newsweek* recognition places Momentous among the country’s most promising startups in its field, solidifying its reputation within both Arkansas and the national financial services sector.
