The Bull Shoals Planning and Zoning Commission is set to hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Bull Shoals City Hall. The commission plans to discuss three proposed changes to the city’s planning and zoning codes.

The first change involves updating the fee schedule outlined in Article 8-2 to reflect current fees. The second proposal would add a 30-day timeframe to provisions in Article 7-3. Finally, the commission will consider deleting Section F of Article 5-8, which pertains to requirements for paved parking areas.

Citizens interested in these adjustments are encouraged to attend the meeting and share their input. Bull Shoals City Hall is located at 706 C.S. Woods Boulevard in Bull Shoals.
