The Arkansas Razorbacks men's basketball team will tip off its 2026-27 season Tuesday evening with a home game against the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. This marks the first meeting between the two programs in men's basketball.
The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville and will be broadcast on SEC Network+.
While this is the programs' first face-off, Razorback head coach John Calipari has faced the Golden Lions once before. In that matchup, Calipari’s Memphis squad defeated UA-Pine Bluff, 78-54, on November 25, 2002.
After Tuesday’s opener, Arkansas will travel to Washington, D.C., for a high-profile contest against No. 9-ranked Virginia in the Capital Showcase. That game is set for Sunday, November 8, with a tipoff at 1 p.m. ET (noon CT) and will air on ESPN.
