An Imboden man is in custody after a traffic stop conducted by the Arkansas State Police late Saturday night, August 1.

Chester Weston, 55, was arrested and taken to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Detention Center. According to officials, Weston faces multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I or II), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated (DWI) involving drugs, and failure to dim headlights.

Weston currently remains jailed, awaiting a bond hearing and a court date.
