The Baxter Health Auxiliary in Mountain Home is inviting the public to an open house on Saturday, November 11, at the Pink-A-Dilly Gift Shop. The event will take place from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will feature a “Taste of the Pink-A-Dilly,” offering food tastings, ready-to-assemble food kits, and discounted items for sale.

Becky Rose, Director of Volunteer Services for the Baxter Health Auxiliary, highlighted the event as part of the group’s efforts to build community engagement and support for the hospital’s programs.

In addition to the open house, the Auxiliary will, for the first time, launch a virtual ornament sale in November. Each ornament, priced at $25, will be displayed online in December, bringing festive cheer for the holiday season. Proceeds will support the Auxiliary’s ongoing initiatives.

Holiday-themed community events will continue with an arts and crafts fair on November 16 and 17. Hospital staff will showcase handcrafted items during the fair, which will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the second day.

Starting December 8, the Auxiliary will add to the festivities with “The 12 Days of Christmas” at the Pink-A-Dilly. Daily featured items will be on sale, offering visitors additional opportunities to shop for unique gifts while benefiting the hospital.

The Baxter Health Auxiliary also oversees other community initiatives, including the Bargain Box Thrift Shop and guided tours of the hospital for new area residents.
