A convicted Level Three sex offender from Black Rock has been taken into custody in Craighead County.
Shane Willard Hill, 25, was arrested earlier this week and is charged with possession of identification or a driver’s license listing an incorrect permanent physical address. Authorities also placed a hold on Hill for an outstanding warrant issued in Randolph County.
Hill is being held at the Craighead County Detention Center. His bond has been set at $25,000.
Court records indicate that Hill is scheduled to appear in Craighead County Court on December 16. Further details regarding the nature of the Randolph County warrant were not provided.
