Tuesday is Election Day across the region, with polls open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for in-person voting. Early voting remains an option until Monday, with specific hours depending on the day and location.

According to county officials, as of late Wednesday, 2,477 voters had cast their ballots early in Sharp County, 1,139 in Fulton County, 1,262 in Lawrence County, and 1,189 in Izard County.

Early voting locations will be open Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Voters should bring an accepted form of legal identification to any polling location, as it is required to cast a ballot in Arkansas. Officials encourage residents to confirm their designated polling places ahead of time to avoid delays on Election Day.
