The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDoT) plans to close a portion of West Main Street in Walnut Ridge on Thursday to perform drainage repair work. Crews will replace drainage tiles that run across 'B' Avenue and the entrance to the Lawrence County Family Clinic.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. and is expected to last for most of the day. Drivers should plan ahead and use alternate routes during this time. No specific detour routes were announced.
