An Oxford man is being held at the Izard County Detention Center following his guilty plea to drug-related charges.
Logan Phelps, 30, pled guilty in the Izard County Circuit Court to charges of delivering a controlled substance and maintaining a drug premise. Authorities say his arrest came after a lengthy investigation conducted by the Izard County Sheriff’s Department.
