Vantive, a Mountain Home-based manufacturer, is set to expand its operations, creating approximately 175 new jobs in technical and engineering roles at its local plant. The facility specializes in producing home dialysis sets, which are shipped to patients worldwide.

The company, which has been a part of the Mountain Home community for over 60 years, currently employs around 800 people.

Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders praised Vantive’s decision to grow its investment in Arkansas, emphasizing the state’s workforce as a key factor in attracting and retaining businesses.

“As companies like Vantive have learned, when you invest in our state, you’re not just partnering with the state government or the local chamber. You’re partnering with hundreds of individual Arkansans,” Sanders said. “And I know that they will make the partnership worth it.”

According to state officials, Vantive invested $100 million in its Mountain Home facility last year, with plans to invest an additional $100 million in the coming years. The expansion includes both the new technical jobs and broader development at the site.

The new positions will be added gradually over the next several years, contributing to the region’s economy and bolstering the local manufacturing sector.
