Danfoss, a manufacturer specializing in hydraulic hoses for brands such as Aeroquip, Weatherhead, Edge, and Winner, will host a job fair on Saturday, October 31. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the company’s facility located at 1830 S. College Spur in Mountain Home.
The job fair is aimed at filling multiple machine operator positions, ranging from Level I to Level III, on second and third shifts. According to Danfoss, prospective candidates should have clean backgrounds, a solid employment history, consistent attendance, and a strong work ethic.
Starting pay for Level I positions is $17.75 per hour, with Level II positions offering $19.40 per hour and Level III roles starting at $20.25 per hour. Pay rates see an increase after six months and continue to rise annually for the first 20 years of employment. Employees also have the potential to earn additional pay based on proficiency.
