The Friends of the Library will present a discussion on orthopedic medicine at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County on Saturday, October 28, at 1:30 p.m. The event will focus on injury prevention, managing common orthopedic conditions, and the future of the field.
Kevin Bodenhamer, a member of the Baxter County Historical Society, will serve as the guest speaker for the event. This program is part of a series of community offerings supported by the Friends of the Library, a volunteer group dedicated to improving library resources and services.
Currently, the Friends of the Library are hosting a silent auction to raise funds for library programs and services. The group will also conduct a used book sale from November 19 to November 21 at the library.
