JONESBORO, Ark. — SANY Nutrition Group announced the launch of three new protein snacks as part of its Beyond Resilience line. The family-owned company confirmed the products—Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops—are already available for purchase online, with plans to showcase them at Pepcom’s Holiday Spectacular event in New York City on Wednesday, October 28.
The new snacks are designed to bridge indulgence and performance, offering convenient, protein-packed options in flavors aimed at a variety of tastes. “Our Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops embody everything Beyond Resilience stands for: protein that tastes like a treat, not a compromise,” said Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group.
Fro-Bite features frozen fruit coated in sugar-free protein chocolate, with each serving providing 4 grams of protein—or 6 grams for the Banana + Peanut Butter flavor. Varieties include Strawberry, Mango, Blueberry Granola, and Banana + Peanut Butter, with both dark and white chocolate coatings. A 7.97-ounce package retails for $6.98.
Mini Brittles combine caramelized speculoos cream and protein crisps coated in milk chocolate, with 7.5 grams of protein per 40-gram serving. The Caramel & Milk Chocolate flavor is available in 7.05-ounce bags priced at $7.99.
Crunch Pops, available in sweet and savory flavors, provide up to 16 grams of protein per 20-gram serving. Varieties include Chili & Lime, Nacho Cheddar, Caramelized Corn, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate. The savory options can also double as salad or soup garnishes. Crunch Pops are sold in 2.12-ounce pouches for $5.99, or in eight-pouch boxes.
SANY Nutrition Group is promoting the snacks through a winter discount campaign, offering 15% off orders of $60 or more placed on b-resilience.com between November 1 and January 1 with the code "ProteinSeason."
These products are the latest additions to the Beyond Resilience line, which already includes the Protein Crunch Bar. SANY’s pipeline also features Prookies, Giant Clusters, and Vitamin Splash, all aimed at providing versatile protein snack options.
All three new products are manufactured at SANY’s Jonesboro facility, which the company reports is capable of producing up to 500 million bars and bites annually. The facility integrates European and American manufacturing technology, enabling rapid development of new products, according to SANY.
“Our manufacturing platform allows us to move from concept to shelf-ready in a matter of weeks,” Pernsteiner said. “These launches show what’s possible as we continue to expand and grow right here in Jonesboro.”
The Jonesboro operation also supports future growth, with SANY investing in its facility and additional land to enhance its capabilities in product innovation, ingredient sourcing, quality assurance, and distribution. The company’s offerings extend beyond snacks to include bakery items, frozen foods, freeze-dried goods, and even pet snacks.
SANY Nutrition Group describes its manufacturing platform as adaptable to serve multiple markets, signaling further innovations in the kitchen-to-consumer pipeline in the coming years.
