The Mountain Home NJROTC Booster Club will host its "Fall in Italy" fundraising event on Friday, November 13, at the Vada Sheid Community Development Center on the campus of Arkansas State University-Mountain Home. Tim Nichols, president of the booster club and a key organizer for the battalion's fundraising efforts, shared details about the evening.
The event will feature an Italian-themed dinner and a silent auction, with proceeds benefiting the Mountain Home NJROTC program. The funds raised will support cadets' activities, including their participation in precision air rifle and marksmanship teams.
Chief Jason Williams, the unit’s naval science instructor and coach for the air rifle and marksmanship teams, and Lt. Aaron Hale, a senior cadet leader and top marksman for the Bombers' precision air rifle team, also previewed what attendees can look forward to during the special evening.
The dinner is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person, with an option to sponsor a table for $225. Those interested in attending or sponsoring a table can purchase tickets by emailing president@mhnjrotc.onmicrosoft.com or vicepresident@mhnjrotc.onmicrosoft.com. The booster club’s official Facebook page, MHNJROTC Booster Club, is also available for inquiries and updates.
This annual event highlights the community’s ongoing support for the Mountain Home NJROTC program and provides an opportunity to assist cadets in reaching their academic and extracurricular goals.
