Over 13% of Baxter County Voters Cast Ballots During First Week of Early Voting

Early voting in Baxter County reached a significant milestone on Friday, with 13% of registered voters casting ballots during the first week. According to election officials, 776 voters participated on Friday alone, bringing the weekly total to 4,148.

In Baxter County, early voting will resume Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home.

Neighboring counties are also seeing steady voter participation. Marion County reported 232 voters on Friday, increasing their overall early voting total to 1,179, which amounts to 10% of the county's registered voter base. Early voting in Marion County continues Monday at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Summit.

Meanwhile, Fulton County saw 158 voters on Friday, bringing their early voting turnout to 696. Early voting at the Fulton County Courthouse Annex in Salem continues through November 2.
