A Cherokee Village man has been jailed in Sharp County on a range of charges, including drug trafficking and violations of the sex offender registration laws.
Vincent Prokop, 36, faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking a controlled substance, and transport or distribution of a sex doll. He has also been accused of violating the Sex Offender Registration Act, committing offenses in proximity to specific restricted facilities, and is subject to enhanced penalties as a habitual offender, according to authorities.
Prokop is currently being held at the Sharp County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing and a court date.
