BONDSVILLE, Ark. — An Osceola woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Oct. 15, according to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police. The incident occurred on State Highway 77 near W County Road 840 in Mississippi County.
Misty Roach, the driver of a 2007 Hyundai Elantra, lost control of the vehicle before it left the roadway and overturned, the report states. Roach, who was traveling north at the time, was identified as the sole fatality in the crash.
The report listed one passenger in the vehicle who suffered injuries during the accident. However, the passenger’s name and condition were not disclosed in the summary.
State police noted that weather and road conditions were clear when the crash occurred. The investigating officer was identified as Trooper Christian A. Underwood.
