A Glencoe man was arrested Monday in Mountain Home on multiple drug charges following a traffic stop on Highway 5 South, according to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Harold Wells for speeding. During the stop, officers reportedly noticed a strong odor emanating from the car, which prompted a search of the vehicle. Authorities said they confiscated quantities of marijuana, cocaine, and heroin during the search.
Wells was taken into custody and is being held at the Baxter County Detention Center. He is awaiting a bond hearing and the scheduling of a court date. No further details about the case were immediately available.
The investigation remains ongoing.
