Deana Carter’s iconic hit "Strawberry Wine" has received its first-ever remix, created by New York-based country DJ and producer Deerock. The release commemorates the 30th anniversary of the song, which debuted in July 1996 and became the leading single from Carter’s multi-Platinum album *Did I Shave My Legs for This?*
Carter expressed her gratitude to fans who have embraced the song over the decades. "I cannot believe it’s been 30 years!" she said in a statement. In the remix, Deerock introduces a fresh sound while maintaining the heart of Carter's reflective lyrics and melody.
