A 40-year-old Imboden man has been charged with theft of property and criminal mischief following an investigation by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department.
Eddie Lester is accused of theft of property exceeding $1,000 in value and criminal mischief causing damage greater than $1,000. Authorities have not released further details about the allegations at this time.
Lester is currently being held at the Randolph County Detention Center. He is awaiting a bond hearing and an initial court date to address the charges.
