PORTIA, Ark. — A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold at Jordan’s Kwik Stop 50, 2917 Highway 63, for Saturday’s drawing and remains unclaimed, according to an Oct. 19 announcement by the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

The ticket was for the Oct. 17 drawing and matched four of the five white-ball numbers as well as the Powerball, earning a $50,000 prize. The purchaser had also opted to pay an extra $1 for the Power Play multiplier, which tripled the prize to $150,000, lottery officials confirmed.

The winning numbers for the Oct. 17 Powerball drawing were 12, 13, 24, 32, and 35, with Powerball 11. The Power Play multiplier for that drawing was 3. The Portia ticket was one of three tickets nationwide to win at this prize level.

Under state lottery rules, the winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the prize.

In a separate announcement, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery reported that a Mega Millions ticket worth $20,000 was sold at Maverik No. 5043, located at 1010 N. Thompson in Springdale, for the Oct. 16 drawing. That ticket also remains unclaimed as of Oct. 19. The winner of the Mega Millions prize must also claim it within 180 days of the drawing date.
