The Arkansas State University women’s golf team claimed the championship at the Lady Red Wolves Classic on Tuesday at Sage Meadows Country Club in Jonesboro, highlighted by a standout performance from Mackenzie Cloutier, who earned co-medalist honors.

Cloutier delivered a final-round score of 5-under-par 67, bringing her tournament total to 7-under 209. She tied for first place individually alongside Alethea Paige Caccion and Gabi Nicastro. Cloutier’s performance marked a milestone in program history, tying for the sixth-lowest 54-hole total. She is the first Red Wolves medalist since Madison Tenore won at The Atlantic Invitational in the spring of 2024.

Three Arkansas State players achieved 5-under-par rounds of 67 in the final round—the seventh-lowest round in program history. Along with Cloutier, Kayla Van de Ven and Michelle Barrios reached this mark, finishing tied for fourth place with a 54-hole total of 6-under 210. Their scores rank as the 10th-lowest in program history.

The Red Wolves’ overall score of 3-under 861 over three rounds is the third lowest in program history and the lowest ever recorded by A-State at its home event.

The Lady Red Wolves edged out Murray State, which finished at 2-under, by one stroke. Austin Peay claimed third place with an even-par team total. Central Arkansas (+4) and Little Rock (+5) rounded out the top five.
