According to Entergy Arkansas, the new rate structure aims to improve efficiency and introduce innovative billing solutions designed to maintain affordability for its customers.
A public comment hearing on the proposal is scheduled for 6 p.m. next Tuesday at the Batesville Community Center, located at 1420 South 20th Street. Community members are encouraged to attend and share their feedback on the proposed changes.
