Spectrum Connection of Arkansas is hosting its annual Glitz and Glam fundraiser on Nov. 9 at Rapp’s Barren in Mountain Home, beginning at 6 p.m. The event aims to raise funds to support the organization’s programs and efforts in the region.
Spectrum Connection focuses on raising awareness, providing education, and helping families access resources for autism, ADHD, ADD, and dyslexia. Established in 2024 after earlier attempts to launch a local support group, the nonprofit seeks to create a community network for families navigating these challenges, offering resources closer to home.
Leah Coleman, affiliated with Spectrum Connection, shared suggestions for those who wish to contribute but are unable to attend the event, emphasizing the importance of ongoing community support.
The Glitz and Glam fundraiser contributes directly to the organization’s mission, making other Spectrum programs and events possible. These initiatives aim to bring additional educational opportunities and resources to the local community.
Tickets for the event are priced at $50 and can be purchased through the Spectrum Connection of Arkansas website or picked up in person at Kidspiration or Personal Therapy Group.
