The Izard County Sheriff's Office has released details of four recent arrests, according to Sheriff Charley Melton.
Colby Marquez, 26, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested on October 7 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court. He faces five counts of furnishing prohibited articles to a correctional facility.
On October 8, Justin Burch, 37, of Calico Rock, was taken into custody on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Cody Casey, 38, of Oxford, was arrested on October 10 in connection with a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court. The warrant alleges a petition to revoke felony probation.
Also on October 10, Isaiah Albrecht, 18, of Pineville, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, improper passing, and speeding more than 15 miles per hour over the speed limit.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
