The Izard County Sheriff's Office has detailed recent arrests made during the week of October 7 through October 10. Sheriff Charley Melton provided the list of individuals taken into custody, emphasizing that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Colby Marquez, 26, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested on October 7 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court. He faces five counts of furnishing prohibited articles to a correctional facility.
On October 8, 37-year-old Justin Burch of Calico Rock was taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Cody Casey, 38, of Oxford, was arrested on October 10 based on a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke felony probation.
Also on October 10, Isaiah Albrecht, 18, of Pineville, was arrested on multiple traffic-related charges. These included reckless driving, improper passing, and speeding more than 15 mph over the limit.
The Sheriff's Office has not released additional details regarding the arrests. Court proceedings for the individuals are pending.
