Flippin Mayor Heith Hogan has scheduled a special meeting of the City Council for Monday evening. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. and will be held in the Flippin District Courtroom.
Council members are set to review millage rates, a presentation that will be delivered by Jessica Beals, as well as discuss two proposed resolutions.
The first resolution, numbered 2026-9, would authorize elected officials to sign certain documents. The second resolution, 2026-10, would designate a nonprofit agency as the administrator for Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). Both resolutions are expected to be introduced by Colby Butcher and Anita Hannah.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend to stay informed about city business.
