The Arkansas Diamonds arena-league football team is offering free general admission tickets for Saturday night’s playoff game against the Monroe Green Heads at Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs. The tickets, available while supplies last, are part of an initiative to bring fans together and support the team as they compete for a championship spot.
The game begins at 7:05 p.m., with arena doors opening at 6 p.m.
Diamonds owner Mark Bertel explained the decision to waive ticket fees as an effort to give back to the community and ensure that ticket prices do not deter anyone from experiencing a game. "This is bigger than football," Bertel said. "It's about giving Arkansas something to rally behind. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’ve never been to one of our games, this invitation is for you."
Bertel emphasized that the team wants to create a memorable experience for fans while energizing players. "I want kids to come make memories. I want families to enjoy a night together. Most importantly, I want our players to walk out and see a packed building behind them," he added.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, wear Diamonds colors, and plan for the venue’s clear bag policy, which allows one clear bag per person not exceeding 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches. Medically necessary bags are permitted but subject to inspection.
Concessions will be available throughout the arena, which is located at 398 Convention Boulevard in Hot Springs. The Arkansas Diamonds are part of The Arena League (TAL).
