A Jonesboro man faces multiple drug-related charges and other allegations after authorities responded to a domestic disturbance on Oct. 7, court records show.

Connor Houston Wilson appeared before a Craighead County judge on Oct. 9, where his bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety. Judge David Boling also ordered GPS monitoring and issued a no-contact directive, according to court documents.

The charges stem from an incident at a residence where Wilson reportedly attempted to kick in a back door while two small children were nearby, according to a probable cause affidavit filed on Oct. 9. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and found Wilson next to his vehicle. A woman inside the home informed officers that she had asked Wilson not to visit because it was late and she was putting the children to sleep. Despite this, Wilson allegedly arrived and tried to force entry, the affidavit states.

Officers reviewed a cellphone recording reportedly capturing the incident. The video allegedly showed two children standing near the back door as it was being kicked, causing the bottom of the door to bend. In the recording, Wilson’s comments to the woman can be heard through the door, according to the affidavit.

Wilson allegedly admitted to trying to kick the door open, saying he believed the woman was going to harm the children. Officers at the scene noted he appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Inside Wilson's vehicle, they reportedly found a partially smoked marijuana blunt in plain sight, which Wilson acknowledged belonged to him.

A search of the vehicle uncovered approximately 0.99 grams of methamphetamine, 0.26 grams of marijuana, a straw showing methamphetamine residue, and a rolled dollar bill also containing residue, the affidavit notes.

Wilson faces several charges as outlined in court documents, including:

- Possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose to deliver (a felony) - Possession of drug paraphernalia (a felony) - Possession of marijuana (a misdemeanor) - Driving while intoxicated - Drug intoxication (a misdemeanor) - Criminal mischief in the second degree (a misdemeanor) - Disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor)

Wilson is scheduled to appear in court again at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 16 at the Craighead County Courthouse in Jonesboro.

The allegations against Wilson have not been proven in court. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
