Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration have launched MyArkansas, a mobile application designed to streamline access to more than 50 state government services. The app, available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play, consolidates everyday transactions, reminders, and resources into a single platform. Additional services are expected to be added in future updates.

Governor Sanders and Finance and Administration Secretary Jim Hudson announced the app's launch during a press event at the Revenue Office in Springdale, which was recognized as “capital for a day.”

“Arkansans have jobs to get to and families to take care of, and accessing state services should be a simple part of their day,” said Sanders. “MyArkansas puts more than 50 state services in the palm of your hand, creating a more streamlined experience, whether it’s renewing tags or booking a stay at one of our beautiful state parks. This is another step toward building a state government that respects people’s time and works around their lives.”

Secretary Hudson emphasized the app's focus on convenience and efficiency. “Through this new mobile app, Arkansans do not have to search multiple websites to find the appropriate department that offers a needed service. They can simply visit the app and find it immediately. I encourage all Arkansans to go to the app store for their mobile phone and download it today,” Hudson said.

Developed in partnership with Login.gov, MyArkansas provides functionality for tasks such as vehicle registration renewal, purchasing hunting and fishing licenses, booking lodging at Arkansas State Parks, requesting vital records, and applying for Education Freedom Accounts. The app also allows users to check real-time wait times at revenue offices and receive notifications for license renewals, tax deadlines, emergency alerts, and benefits eligibility.

Governor Sanders directed the Department of Finance and Administration to create the app to ensure Arkansans have 24/7 access to essential government services while reducing the need to navigate multiple state websites and offices. The initiative aligns with Sanders’ broader efforts to enhance government efficiency and accessibility, including the launch of the Arkansas Forward dashboard in 2024. That dashboard tracks progress on cost-saving and service-improvement measures across state agencies, which have identified an estimated $135 million in taxpayer savings since its inception.

The governor’s office has emphasized the significance of integrating technology to better serve Arkansans and anticipates that MyArkansas will become a key platform for engaging with residents through accessible digital tools.
