JONESBORO, Ark. – The Downtown Jonesboro Barbecue and Music Festival will return for its 16th year on September 25-26, promising two days of live music, food trucks, and vendors on Main Street.
This year’s festival highlights include performances from Grammy-nominated bands and tribute acts. Organizers announced that JUMP, an internationally acclaimed Van Halen tribute band, will headline Friday night’s show on the RightFiber Stage. Friday’s performances will open with Marybeth Byrd, followed by Natural Science, a Rush tribute band.
On Saturday night, Grammy-nominated rock band Spin Doctors will headline the RightFiber Stage. That ’70s Band will kick off Saturday's performances with a blend of 1970s rock and disco hits.
Also performing Saturday on the Molson Coors Stage are the North Mississippi Allstars, an acclaimed group blending blues, rock, soul, and hill country influences. Additional acts on the Molson Coors Stage include Greasy Tree, Bluesnado, Dukes of Hoggard, and Bloodhound.
