A 31-year-old Cave City man has been arrested following a reported family disturbance at a residence in the area.
Jacob Bates was taken into custody and transported to the Sharp County Detention Center, according to authorities. He is facing charges of domestic battery in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a minor in the third degree, and terroristic threatening in the second degree.
Bates remains in custody as he awaits a bond hearing and court date. Additional details regarding the incident have not been released.
