The 45th annual Baxter Health and KTLO Health Fair and Expo will take place on Wednesday, offering an expanded vision for its attendees. For the first time, the free event will be hosted at the Mountain Home Community Center, located at 1 Community Center Drive in Mountain Home. The fair is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s event broadens its traditional focus on health care with a greater emphasis on fitness, wellness, and lifestyle improvements. Alongside health services, the fair will feature contributions from businesses, organizations, and professionals addressing broader health-related topics. Areas of focus include financial health, insurance options as open enrollment begins, support services for seniors and other residents, and spiritual health resources from faith leaders.

Attendees will have access to free vital sign screenings, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and respiration checks. Vouchers for additional tests—such as blood sugar, cholesterol, PSA, and HbA1c levels—will also be available for use at a later date.

Visitors can explore the new Community Center and its amenities, such as the cardio area, workout room, and Baxter Health therapy pool. Professionals will give on-site demonstrations and offer guidance on the proper use of these facilities. Membership sign-ups for the Community Center will be available during the event.

KTLO, Classic Hits, and The Boot will provide live coverage throughout the day. A vendor map for the event is available online.

The Health Fair, hosted annually by Baxter Health and KTLO, continues its long-standing tradition of promoting health and wellness while welcoming new elements to better serve the community.
