Veronica Pearce has been promoted to senior vice president and controller at First Community Bank, according to a recent announcement from the bank. In this leadership role, Pearce will oversee the institution's daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. She will work closely with the bank’s executive and accounting teams to support sound financial management as the organization continues to expand.

Pearce has accumulated 18 years of experience in the banking industry, including 15 years with First Community Bank. Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive knowledge of banking and financial operations, which positioned her for this advancement.

A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Pearce also completed studies at the Paul W. Barret Jr. Graduate School of Banking. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Pearce enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She lives in Arkansas with her husband, Britt, and their two daughters, Jaysa and Jocelyn.
