Mammoth Spring State Park will welcome visitors to celebrate the fall season with its family-friendly 'Falloween' program on Saturday, October 17. The event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the park pavilion. Space for the program is limited, and attendees must reserve spots in advance.

The program will include an educational session on bats native to the Ozarks, offering insight into their habits and importance to the local ecosystem. Participants will also have the opportunity to build their own bat houses as part of the activity lineup.

In addition, a pumpkin painting contest will provide a creative outlet for attendees of all ages. Park officials encourage participants to bring their enthusiasm and artistic flair for this fall-themed competition.

For more information or to make a reservation, contact Mammoth Spring State Park directly. Early registration is recommended due to the program's limited capacity.
