Circuit Court Judge Rob Ratten has accepted negotiated guilty pleas in several cases before the Lawrence County Circuit Court.
Clayton Augustine, 27, of Hoxie, received a sentence of 48 months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also fined $2,500.
Patrick Moody, 39, of Walnut Ridge, was sentenced to 36 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for theft of services. He was additionally fined $500.
Thomas Williams Bright Jr., 29, of Hoxie, was sentenced to 48 months of suspended sentences on each of three counts of breaking or entering. He also received 49 months of suspended sentences for two counts of theft of property and was ordered to pay $350 in restitution.
The cases represent some of the outcomes from recent proceedings in the county’s circuit court.
