A Searcy County man has been sentenced to 80 years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Richard Allan Bradley, 34, of Marshall, received the sentence last week under the terms of a plea agreement with the state.
Bradley faced 40 felony charges for possession or use of CSAM and was sentenced to 20 years on each count. The court ordered that four of the sentences run consecutively, with the rest served concurrently, resulting in the 80-year sentence. He is also required to register as a sex offender.
The charges stem from an investigation led by the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. According to investigators, Bradley was found in possession of images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children. The investigation revealed evidence that Bradley engaged in sexually explicit online communications with individuals who identified themselves as minors, aged between 10 and 16 years. During these communications, Bradley reportedly solicited explicit material, sent CSAM, and paid for images and videos.
The case began following CyberTipline reports submitted through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The ICAC Task Force carried out a forensic examination of Bradley’s online accounts and electronic devices. On December 10, 2025, ASP Special Agents executed a search warrant at Bradley’s residence in Marshall. Nine cellphones were seized, and Bradley was taken into custody.
The investigation received support from other ASP personnel as well as the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.
Bradley’s convictions underscore the state’s ongoing efforts to combat online exploitation of children through partnerships, including with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other law enforcement agencies nationwide.
