Poinsett County Sheriff Kevin Molder identified the man as 65-year-old Christopher McKinney. McKinney was last seen around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, in a farm field near Brown Lane and Roden Road. At the request of the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office, the Arkansas State Police issued a statewide Silver Alert early Monday morning to assist in locating him.

Sheriff Molder stated that McKinney has since been located and safely reunited with his family. He expressed gratitude to the Arkansas State Police, Craighead County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, Delta EMS rescue squad, and the Trumann Fire Department for their assistance in the search effort.
