The annual Portia Family Fest is slated for Saturday, December 5, at Portia Park in Lawrence County. Organizers have planned a full day of activities aimed at bringing the community together while supporting a meaningful cause. The event serves as a fundraiser for a toy drive that will help provide Christmas gifts to local children.
Festivities will kick off at 10:30 a.m. and run until 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes live music, a cornhole tournament, bounce houses for children, an antique tractor show, and a car show and shine. Food vendors will also be on-site, offering a variety of options for attendees. Additional details about the Portia Christmas Parade, another upcoming community event, will be announced soon.
Those interested in participating as vendors can contact event organizers at 870-637-4458 for more information.
The Portia Family Fest offers residents a chance to enjoy family-friendly entertainment while contributing to the well-being of children in the community this holiday season.
