MARSHALL, Ark. — A Searcy County man has been sentenced to 80 years in prison after pleading guilty to 40 felony counts related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The sentencing occurred on September 28, 2026, in Searcy County Circuit Court.
Richard Allan Bradley, 34, of Marshall, was convicted of crimes involving possession and distribution of CSAM, as well as sexually explicit online interactions with individuals who identified themselves as children. Circuit Judge H.G. Foster presided over the case and ordered Bradley to serve four 20-year sentences consecutively, with the remaining counts served concurrently. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
The Arkansas State Police (ASP) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force conducted the investigation that led to Bradley’s arrest and conviction. Using CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, investigators obtained search warrants for online accounts and conducted forensic examinations of electronic devices.
According to the ASP, evidence recovered during the investigation included images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children. Bradley was also found to have engaged in conversations soliciting explicit material from individuals who said they were between 10 and 16 years old. Further investigation revealed that Bradley had sent CSAM and paid for explicit videos and images during some of these exchanges.
On December 10, 2025, special agents from the ASP executed a search warrant at Bradley’s home in Marshall, where they seized nine cellphones and took him into custody. The investigation was led by the ASP ICAC Task Force with assistance from other ASP personnel and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.
The convictions represent another case handled by the ASP ICAC Task Force, which focuses on investigating crimes against children involving online exploitation and abuse. Authorities urge the public to report suspected child exploitation to local law enforcement or via the CyberTipline managed by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
