(WALNUT RIDGE, Ark.) – Acclaimed Christian artist Evan Egerer is set to perform at Williams Baptist University on Thursday, November 5, as part of the university's homecoming week festivities. The event will take place in Manley Chapel, with the concert beginning at 7 p.m. and doors opening at 6:15 p.m.

Egerer, a bilingual second-generation Latin American artist based in Nashville, weaves Latin pop influences with contemporary Christian music to create his signature sound. His single “Renaci” earned a spot on K-LOVE’s “Fresh Sounds” playlist, while his dynamic performances have garnered national attention, including first place at the Creation Festival’s National Music Tournament.

The artist has shared the stage with notable acts in the Christian music scene such as Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, Big Daddy Weave, Phil Wickham, and Crowder. Egerer’s song “¡DALE! (Praise)” gained traction on national radio stations like WayFM and JOY FM and was later re-released in collaboration with Jaci Velasquez. This collaboration expanded his reach further, earning spots on the K-LOVE cruise and other major events.

Tickets for the concert are $5 for the public and free for WBU students with a valid university ID. Tickets can be purchased online at https://evanegererwbu.eventbrite.com.

Williams Baptist University, a private Christian institution located in Walnut Ridge, regularly hosts events highlighting its commitment to faith and community. Egerer’s upcoming performance adds another layer of celebration to its annual homecoming traditions.
