In Mountain Home, the Bombers secured a decisive 30–13 victory over Russellville. Yellville-Summit edged out Riverview 22–20 in a close contest, while Melbourne bested Salem 14–8. Izard County topped Rose Bud 28–20, and Mountain View routed Marshall 42–0. Meanwhile, Greenwood proved too much for Harrison, handing the Goblins a 52–16 loss. Highland delivered a dominant 39–6 win over Trumann.
Elsewhere, in a high-scoring affair, Gravette overpowered Green Forest 70–7. Prairie Grove defeated Huntsville 41–20, and Batesville claimed a 40–36 victory over Paragould. Fayetteville earned a 42–26 win over Rogers.
Across the border in Missouri, Ava beat Houston 33–19, and West Plains defeated Carl Junction 7–0. Branson overwhelmed Springfield Parkview 55–14, Clever shut out Hollister 41–0, and Forsyth notched a 24–7 win against Strafford. In other Missouri games, Willow Springs edged Salem 28–27, Mountain Grove beat Mountain View-Liberty 35–6, and Thayer cruised past Cabool 58–0.
In conference play within Arkansas, Van Buren narrowly defeated Fort Smith Southside 31–28 in a 6A West matchup. Lake Hamilton rolled past Little Rock Catholic 45–7, and Siloam Springs overcame Little Rock Southwest 35–24. In 3A-2 action, Newport dominated Quitman 46–9.
Key games for ranked Arkansas teams also saw significant action. Among the Arkansas Sports Media overall Top 10, second-ranked Conway trounced No. 7 North Little Rock 49–20, while third-ranked Shiloh Christian outscored No. 1 Bentonville 42–15. Little Rock Christian upset No. 8 Bryant 25–22, and No. 10 Benton claimed a narrow 44–40 win over ninth-ranked Sylvan Hills.
In class-by-class rankings, Stuttgart, the top 4A team, defeated Crossett 35–0. Nashville, ranked second in 4A, bested Fountain Lake 49–21. In 3A, No. 1 Fordyce triumphed over Drew Central 62–50. For 2A teams, Mount Ida maintained its top ranking with a 47–34 victory over Mountainburg. In 8-man football, No. 2 Cedar Ridge beat Rector 44–14, while No. 3 Magazine dominated Arkansas Christian Academy 48–8.
