Baxter Health is offering a 15% discount on any hospital account balance paid in full by November 30, 2026. The discount, which took effect immediately, applies to all patients and hospital employees.
No additional paperwork is required to access the discount. Eligible payments will automatically receive the reduced rate at the time of payment, whether processed online, in person at the cashier’s office, or over the phone at 870-508-1091. The discount applies to all forms of payment accepted by the hospital but is valid only for balances settled before the November 30 deadline.
Patients with questions about their account eligibility or assistance with making a payment are encouraged to contact Baxter Health Financial Services at 870-508-1080. Financial counselors are available by phone Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
